Shipping Policy

We ship to every province and territory in Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost. Here is everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your order.


H2: Processing Times

All orders are processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 1:00pm EST on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.

You will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only. Canada Post Xpresspost delivery is not guaranteed by a specific date. Delays may occur due to high parcel volumes, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.


Packaging

We take discreet packaging seriously. Every order ships in:

  • Plain outer packaging — unmarked box or padded envelope with no logos, branding, or text indicating the contents
  • Discreet billing — your payment statement shows a generic charge reference with no cannabis or dispensary reference
  • Vacuum-sealed inner packaging — all cannabis and mushroom products are vacuum-sealed for freshness, odour containment, and product protection during transit
  • Bubble wrap or void fill — fragile items and liquids are additionally padded for protection

The return address on your package will be a generic Canadian address. Canada Post staff and recipients cannot identify the contents from external packaging.


Tracking Your Order

A Canada Post tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package at canadapost.ca or through the Canada Post app. If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order on a business day, check your spam folder or contact our support team.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking number shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members and neighbours — packages are sometimes left with a neighbour or in a common area
  2. Check your Canada Post tracking for a notice card — if no one was home, the package may be at a post office awaiting pickup
  3. Contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number to file a service ticket
  4. If Canada Post confirms the package is lost, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and we will arrange a resolution

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by Canada Post but reported as missing. If tracking shows delivered, we will not automatically issue a replacement — we will investigate and respond on a case-by-case basis.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible — we can update the address only if the order has not yet been shipped.


Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to PO boxes — all orders require a physical street address for delivery.
