Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Bloom Supply Canada website or placing any order. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age (18+ in Alberta and Quebec) to purchase products from Bloom Supply Canada. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age requirement in your province or territory of residence. We reserve the right to cancel any order and suspend any account where we have reason to believe the purchaser does not meet the age requirement.

All products are for sale to residents of Canada only. We do not ship internationally.

Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product listings, descriptions, and prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — actual product appearance may vary. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and potency information are accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and e-Transfer. All payments must be received and cleared before an order is processed and shipped. Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds in the event of suspected fraud, payment failure, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost to all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping timelines are estimates only — we do not guarantee delivery on specific dates and are not liable for delays caused by Canada Post, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Free shipping applies to orders over $99. Orders under $99 are subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout. Minimum order value is $50.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon our delivery of the package to Canada Post. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by Canada Post. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with Canada Post.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of cannabis or psilocybin products.

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

If your package is confirmed lost by Canada Post, we will offer a replacement shipment or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds for lost packages where Canada Post tracking does not confirm non-delivery.

Responsible Use

All cannabis and psilocybin products sold by Bloom Supply Canada are intended for adult personal use only in compliance with applicable Canadian law. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you will use all products responsibly and in accordance with federal and provincial regulations.

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or supply our products to any third party — particularly to minors. Any such activity is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and applicable Canadian law and may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Do not operate a vehicle or heavy machinery under the influence of cannabis or psilocybin. Keep all products safely stored away from children and pets.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account and placing orders. Providing false information — including false age verification — is grounds for immediate account termination.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Bloom Supply Canada website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Bloom Supply Canada or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom Supply Canada and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of our website or products, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Cannabis and psilocybin products have not been evaluated by Health Canada for therapeutic use. We make no medical claims regarding any products sold on our site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
